Master II in Tax Law, specialization in tax and customs law
After obtaining a Master’s degree in business and tax law from the University of Paris II – Assas, Olivier joined KPMG as a legal and tax consultant, becoming a specialist tax lawyer in 1992.
With over thirty-five years’ experience, Olivier was successively Tax Director of the Eurotunnel Group and the Euro Disney Group. Before founding In Extenso Avocats in 2014, he set up his own firm in 2010 to support his SME, ETI and individual clients in their tax strategy, tax disputes and the management of their assets and their transfer.
Thanks to his dual experience as a consultant and corporate tax manager, Olivier provides pragmatic support to his clients in all areas of taxation.
A true tax generalist, he assists his clients with their acquisitions and restructurings, with the implementation of incentive packages, and with VAT and inheritance schemes.
His primary objective is to provide his clients with secure tax options, ensuring that they are feasible and consistent with their overall project and priorities.
As a lawyer, he also assists and represents his clients at all stages of tax audits and court litigation.
