DEA in Business Law
Romuald graduated in business law and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1990. He worked for several years in Parisian law firms specializing in commercial, civil and criminal litigation.
After this experience, he set up his own firm to specialize, as he likes to say, “in his clients’ problems”, working in contractual liability, real estate law, insurance and personal injury, commercial and corporate law.
He joined MCM in 2005 to bring his cross-disciplinary experience of the law to bear on his clients’ needs.
He defends the interests of military personnel and police officer before the courts, injured in overseas operations or in the line of duty, with a view to obtaining fair compensation.
For many years, he taught contract law at ESSEC business school.
